A seasoned technology entrepreneur, Michael is the COO and cofounder of Yesflow. His enterprise experience reaches back more than 20 years, and his ability to recruit top talent, lead teams and refine processes has led to the growth and expansion of several successful companies, including Customer Effective. As cofounder of Customer Effective with Scott Millwood, Michael focused on surrounding himself with great people and establishing a culture where client success always came first – two strategies that helped Customer Effective earn a reputation as one of the world’s leading CRM practices in the Microsoft channel and ultimately led to an unsolicited acquisition by Hitachi Solutions, the 38th largest company in the world, in 2014.
Prior to Customer Effective, Michael spent 13 years with Datastream Systems (NASDAQ:DSTM) as it grew from a private company with 30 employees to a publicly traded $100M global software enterprise. Along the way, he gained numerous invaluable experiences.
Today, Michael continues to focus on people, process and culture in his role as Chief Operating Officer at Yesflow. Michael graduated from the University of South Carolina with a double major in Economics and Finance. He completed an MBA from the University of South Carolina with a concentration in Service Operations Management. Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, son and two daughters, playing golf, mountain biking and, oddly enough, doing yard work.
