Chief Executive Officer

Scott is the CEO and cofounder of Yesflow. He’s also the former CEO and cofounder of Customer Effective which was acquired in 2014 by Hitachi, the 38th largest company in the world. Scott and Michael Elliott launched Customer Effective in 2004 and built one of the premier CRM systems integration and consulting firms in the world before being acquired. Customer Effective consistently appeared on the Inc. 500 list and was a multiple award-winner as Microsoft’s CRM Partner of the Year. After the acquisition, Scott served as Global Executive Vice President and helped to integrate his firm and several other acquisitions into the Hitachi business line.

Prior to cofounding Customer Effective, Scott held senior leadership positions and was an Executive Officer of Datastream Systems (NASDAQ:DSTM), a publicly traded enterprise software company. During his tenure with Datastream, he helped grow revenue from $15 million to over $120 million in six years.

Scott graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Economics and Georgia State University with a MBA. Scott is the current chairman of NEXT, a technology business incubator he cofounded in 2005. He serves as an MIT Venture Mentor to a select group of startup companies within the NEXT community. Scott serves on the board of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce. He lives in Greenville with his wife and two sons. He enjoys college football, golf, skiing, mountain bike racing, off-road triathlons and travel.
