With more than two decades of experience in the information technology space, Tap understands what it takes to deliver enterprise-wide solutions that improve collaboration and enhance productivity across multiple channels, including sales, marketing, customer service and operations. During his career, he has served in a variety of consulting, sales and executive leadership roles and has helped build several successful software and consulting services companies. His sales performance and commitment to client success helped two small companies expand rapidly and achieve global recognition in their respective industries. Both companies were eventually acquired by larger organizations (Datastream Systems, acquired by Infor, and Customer Effective, acquired by Hitachi Solutions).
As Chief Sales Officer for Yesflow, Tap is responsible for establishing and leading all revenue-generating functions. Tap is passionate about establishing long-term relationships with clients to help them realize their potential through the use of technology. When he’s not working, Tap enjoys spending time with his family, watching college basketball and being outdoors. Tap graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
